Welcome and thank you for your interest in my photography services. Time is the most precious thing we have. After that, it’s just a photo and I don’t just take a photo. I capture life. Moments that matter. These moments have special meaning for the families I photograph. I create timeless images that you will be proud to display in your home everyday, as happy reminders of moments you will cherish forever. Let’s capture your cherished moments together.
Please read though this guide to learn about my pricing and the sessions I offer. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, to check availability and book your session.
What to Expect
The first step to your amazing session is to pick your date and time. Most maternity sessions are booked between 32 and 36 weeks. Baby sessions are usually done when your baby is 5-14 days old and booked before baby is born, however, I can usually fit in a last minute bookings if needed. Any session can be in-studio, in-home or any other location of your choice.
After you have done that, you will receive a link to securely pay your session fee online. The balance of your collection choice is due the date of the session.
Next we’ll choose a location. You can choose anything from out in the country to the urban feel of downtown, your favorite place, the Farm, Poinsett State Park, in studio or any other place we can dream of.
I know you want everything to be perfect for your session so we’ll want to chat about what to wear. You may already have an idea or I’m happy to offer expert guidance for the style of your session. Also, what better way to spoil yourself with a little treat by having your hair and makeup professionally done and getting and mani and pedi? Everyone loves that!
All Your Questions — Answered
This session is all about your newborn and your growing family. We’ll make sure to go over all the details and what you want from your session. I want this to be a stress free and fun experience for all. Please don’t be afraid to tell me any idea you might have, or anything your might not like.
I’m happy to offer expert guidance for the style of your shoot, what to wear, the ideal location, and the best ways to get the most from your beautiful maternity and newborn portraits — everything from decorating your home with canvases, to the best options for framing, displaying, and sharing your prints.
During Your Session
Your session should be relaxed and fun. I’ll create a mixture of candid and posed images so there’s something for everyone. And don’t worry, I’ll be more than happy to help you with prompts and ideas during the session. When photographing just your little one, I’ll have it warm and some soft music or white noise going. All this will help the little one sleep so I can get those cute, snuggly poses. I have a large variety of wraps and outfits and various bowls and beds for the them to sleep in. You are always welcome to bring things too! Something from the nursery, a blanket grandma knit, Daddy’s childhood Teddy Bear, or anything else you might want to use.
After Your Session
About 10 days after your session, your images will be ready to view. You’ll have your choice of coming back into the studio to view your images on a 65” screen or via Zoom. During our Ordering Appointment you will order the digitals and/or prints and products from your session. We’ll talk about the collections and a la carte options offered. There is something for everyone.
Once you have decided on what you want, I’ll complete the final retouching. It is my policy to only release completely retouched images as it’s a representation of me and my standards.
Digital images are delivered via an online gallery within two weeks of your ordering appointment.
All prints and products are ready for pickup or delivery in 4-6 weeks, depending on the products ordered.

The Baby Plans
Baby Plans are a great way to make sure you capture all those tiny features of your little one.
Each session comes with the following:
Session and Clothing Planning Consult.
Approximately 1 hour session. May be a little shorter or longer.
Location of choice- can be in studio or location.
No limit on clothing changes during session, however, most clients do only one which allows for more time in front of the camera.
Use of various props and furniture.
An Ordering Appointment about 10 days after your session, in studio or via Zoom.
Final retouching on all ordered images.
Custom wall art and album design.
Lifetime guarantee on all wall art and albums, no questions asked.
A deposit of $300 due at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit goes towards your collection of choice. Your deposit is transferable due to weather or illness.
